Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of AI-driven ServiceNow solutions across multiple client engagements, ensuring measurable business outcomes.Define and enforce architecture standards, governance, and compliance for AI features, including security and observability.Shape client strategy:lead discovery workshops, define AI roadmaps, and align solutions with business priorities.Drive innovation agenda by introducing advanced GenAI and agentic patterns into ServiceNow workflows.Mentor and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a product mindset and engineering excellence.Partner with leadership to scale AI adoption, manage risks, and ensure sustainable delivery models.
