As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing technical components for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will configure, develop, and automate processes using X++, Power Platform, and AI-driven capabilities such as Copilot and AI Builder. This position goes beyond traditional development, and you will use GenAI, automation, and low-code/no-code tools to modernize ERP processes and build intelligent business solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize D365 F&O using X++, Extensions, Data Entities, and Integrations.
Individual contributor in hands-on technical development, building complex solutions in Dynamics 365 F&O
Build AI-enabled automations using copilot studio, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Builder).
Create custom Copilot flows and integrate prompts with D365 actions (task automation, summarization, data extraction).
Work with Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus) for integration.
Participate in technical design, code reviews, SIT/UAT support, and production deployment.
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to extension-first principles.
Create reusable technical assets and contribute to accelerators.
Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, showcase solutions, and resolve technical challenges.
Quickly learn and apply cutting-edge AI technologies to drive innovation and enhance delivery effectiveness.
