Summary:
As a Business Architect, your day involves engaging deeply with client environments to uncover opportunities that drive measurable business value. You will lead comprehensive evaluations of existing operations, collaborating with stakeholders to understand overarching customer needs. Your role includes shaping strategic business solutions and frameworks that align with these insights, while crafting compelling business cases to support the realization of the envisioned outcomes. This position requires a thoughtful approach to bridging current realities with future possibilities, ensuring that the client s objectives are clearly defined and actionable.



Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies with project goals.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of business architecture artifacts to support decision-making.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on business architecture practices.

Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
