Supporting transformational efforts by crafting detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives is a key aspect of daily responsibilities. This position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technological capabilities, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the organization.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead strategic discussions to align business goals with technology solutions.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
