The role also entails translating complex business needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and objectives.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in designing and implementing business solutions that integrate with technology platforms.
