Summary:

In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating the existing business environment to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The role also entails translating complex business needs into practical technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
• Drive the adoption of best practices and standards within the team to enhance overall performance.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
• This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
