This includes capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The role requires translating complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designing effective operating models. Additionally, the Business Architect supports transformation efforts by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering collaboration across departments.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices.
- Experience with component-based architecture and state management.
- Ability to integrate Vue.js applications with backend services and APIs.
- Familiarity with responsive design techniques and cross-browser compatibility.
- Skilled in debugging and optimizing web applications for performance and scalability.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Vue.js.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
