The role includes capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. This position requires translating complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designing effective operating models. Additionally, the Business Architect supports transformation initiatives by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of business and technology strategies.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive project success.
