Summary:As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding implementation efforts.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project goals.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in business architecture.

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.- Experience in developing and implementing business cases and transformation strategies.- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
