Business Analytics - SQL / Database Developer

Location : Airoli , Navi Mumbai 

Working Hours : 1pm-10pm / 3pm to 12am ( Depending on the business requirement )

Role Summary:
We are seeking a data-driven Microsoft SQL Developer with strong technical expertise to join our Business Excellence – Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and developing database workflows, data pipelines, and automation scripts to support internal dashboards and operational tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and optimize complex MS SQL (MSSQL) queries, views, stored procedures, and functions to handle large datasets.
• Identify database primary key constraints, handle data exceptions, and eliminate duplicate keys to maintain data integrity.
• Develop and maintain basic automation scripts and data-cleaning pipelines using Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).
• Investigate data variances and performance bottlenecks in SQL databases to ensure accurate and reliable business reporting.

Technical Skills Required:

• Advanced MS SQL Server: Strong proficiency in complex joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Basic Python: Familiarity with Python scripting for data manipulation, file handling, and basic automation tasks.
• Data Understanding: Experience working with structured data architectures and rule-based database configurations.

Experience & Education:

• Graduate/Postgraduate freshers may be considered, as well as candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics or database operations.

Working Hours: should be flexible between 12pm-12am (9 Hours)
