Business Analytics Lead Analyst

Key Skills: Palantir, LLM, NLP, Agentic AI

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the discovery, design, and delivery of AI use cases across finance workflows and enterprise operations.
• Develop NLP and LLM-enabled solutions that automate multi-step processes and improve access to business insights.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into solution approaches, data needs, workflow designs, and delivery plans.
• Work with global Finance teams and engineering partners to validate solutions, incorporate feedback, and support adoption.
• Contribute to responsible AI governance, program planning, milestone tracking, and delivery risk mitigation.

Skills Required:

• 5 - 11 years of experience in applied AI, machine learning engineering, advanced analytics, or business analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing and Large Language Model applications.
• Experience designing applied AI or advanced analytics solutions for business workflows and decision support.
• Practical experience using Palantir in analytics, data, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Ability to define end-to-end AI solution approaches, including workflow integration, validation, and operational rollout.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Agentic AI and agent-based workflow automation.

Education: Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related discipline.
