Business Analytics Engineer

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, Decision Science, or related analytical roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Good working knowledge of Python for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Strong understanding of business metrics and performance drivers.
• Excellent business intuition with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently structure and solve ambiguous business problems.

Preferred Experience:

• Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are preferred: E-commerce / Marketplace Analytics, Marketplace advertising / Performance Marketing Analytics, Pricing Analytics, Product Analytics, Business Analytics, Growth Analytics, Decision Science, Forward Deployed Analytics, Experimentation / A-B Testing.
