Business Analytics Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Actively contribute to a global project team driving the implementation of SAP S/4HANA
• Support and enhance Business Analytics (BA) applications across various business domains, with focus on FI/CO
• Gather and assess requirements for changes and new developments; independently manage implementation through to Go-Live
• Guide and support international colleagues to ensure smooth and stable operations of BA applications
• Ensure internal quality standards by creating and reviewing technical specifications, maintaining structured documentation, and helping to shape new processes

Preferred candidate profile : Your qualifications:

• Bachelors or masters degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional experience in requirements analysis, design, and implementation of SAP BW/4HANA data models and queries
• Proven experience with S/4HANA transformations
• Having knowledge of SAP ABAP related to BW and HANA SQL coding
• Hands-on experience with the following technologies:

SAP BW/4HANA

SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Nice to have: SAP Datasphere

• Proven experience in managing (sub-)projects and solid understanding of project management methodologies
• Strong customer orientation and confidence in stakeholder communication
• Team player with a proactive, self-driven, and structured approach to work in an international environment
• Eagerness to learn and explore new technologies and topics
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); working knowledge of German is a plus
