Business Analytics Consultant - Pre-Sales

We are looking for a Business Analytics Consultant to bridge business strategy, technology, and enterprise adoption of Data, Analytics, and AI. The candidate will work with enterprise customers to understand business challenges, identify AI-driven opportunities, develop solution strategies, and demonstrate business value.

The role involves customer-facing consulting, pre-sales support, business case development, and collaboration with sales and technical teams to deliver outcome-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise customers to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and digital transformation needs.
• Conduct discovery workshops and assess Data, Analytics, and AI maturity.
• Identify and prioritize use cases across Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Intelligent Automation.
• Translate business requirements into solution concepts, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.
• Support pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFI responses, proposals, solution demonstrations, and proof of concepts (PoCs).
• Develop business cases, ROI assessments, executive presentations, and adoption roadmaps.
• Collaborate with sales, data engineering, data science, and solution architecture teams.
• Identify industry-specific opportunities across Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and BFSI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data & AI Consulting, Technology Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or similar cloud data platforms.
• Understanding of Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and enterprise AI applications.
• Experience in business requirements gathering, solution conceptualization, proposal development, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Management, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in analytics consulting, AI services, or digital transformation.
• Exposure to enterprise Data & AI adoption strategies, maturity assessments, and ROI frameworks.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, customer workshops, and solution development.
