Position Overview We are seeking a versatile

Business Analyst (BA) in New Technology Areas who possesses deep

functional experience in core industry verticals (such as Financial Services/Fintech, Manufacturing, Retail, or Supply Chain). In this role, you will serve as the critical translator between our enterprise clients’ complex business challenges and our technical delivery squads. Rather than focusing purely on technical specifications, you will leverage your domain knowledge to define how

AI-powered document intelligence, cloud-native microservices, automated workflows, and advanced data analytics platforms should be functionally structured to solve real-world industry pain points.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Engineering & Domain Translation: Elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements from client stakeholders (CXOs, product owners, operations leads). Translate high-level business goals into functional user stories, system wireframes, and precise technical backlogs.
• Functional Solution Design: Apply deep domain knowledge to shape new technology implementations. Ensure that AI/Machine Learning models, FinOps frameworks, or Application Modernization roadmaps accurately support functional workflows (e.g., automated document auditing, predictive risk tracking, multi-channel transactional systems).
• Agile Product Ownership Support: Manage product backlogs, prioritize feature roadmaps based on business value metrics, and act as the functional subject matter expert (SME) during sprint planning and review cycles with the development team.
• Process Engineering & Optimization: Analyze clients’ current-state architectures and business processes to design automated, future-ready workflows. Define clear functional KPIs to measure the business velocity and operational cost reductions achieved post-deployment.
• Stakeholder Alignment & Change Management: Deliver clear, value-driven presentations and project updates to technical and non-technical client teams. Ensure seamless User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination by designing test cases that validate functional business goals.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience & Education

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Product Owner within IT services, management consulting, or enterprise digital engineering projects.
• Proven experience working on projects involving

emerging technologies (e.g., Enterprise AI, Cloud Migrations, Data Platforms, API Orchestrations, or Application Re-platforming).

• Strong preference for individuals with functional domain experience in

Banking/Fintech, Supply Chain/Logistics, Retail, or Manufacturing platforms .

Core Competencies & Skills

• New Tech Literacy: Conceptual fluency in how cloud-native structures (microservices/containers), DevOps pipelines, and AI algorithm's function—enabling you to converse fluidly with enterprise architects.
• BA Tooling Mastery: Advanced proficiency with standard BA tools, including Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, and wireframing software.
• Analytical & Communication Power: Outstanding capability to unpack complex, ambiguous situations and present structured solutions. Superb written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
• Agile Methodology: Strong foundation in Scrum/Agile frameworks with practical experience writing detailed user stories and managing backlog refinement sessions.
