Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Business Analyst who can drive strategic initiatives, analyze customer behavior, optimize business funnels, and generate actionable insights for product and business teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in business analytics, product analytics, strategy, dashboarding, and stakeholder management, with the ability to convert complex data into meaningful business recommendations. This role requires close collaboration with Product, Business, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to improve customer experience, business performance, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do: Business & Product Analytics

• Analyze large datasets to identify business trends, customer behavior patterns, and growth opportunities.
• Monitor and improve key business metrics such as acquisition, engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue.
• Perform funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation to improve business performance.
• Track and analyze user journeys to identify drop-offs and optimization opportunities.
• Generate actionable insights to support product, growth, and business decisions. Dashboarding & MIS Reporting
• Design, develop, and maintain business dashboards and automated reports for leadership teams.
• Create KPI tracking frameworks and monitor organizational performance metrics.
• Prepare periodic business reviews, management reports, and executive presentations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting efficiency across functions. Strategy & Decision Support
• Support strategic initiatives through business analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Assist in evaluating business impact of new initiatives, features, and process changes.
• Work on pricing analysis, customer behavior analysis, and revenue optimization initiatives. Product & Growth Support
• Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to optimize customer funnels and digital journeys.
• Analyze feature performance and engagement metrics to improve customer experience.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives by evaluating business outcomes and insights.
• Identify opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, and customer activation. Stakeholder Management
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Business, Technology, Marketing, and Operations.
• Translate business requirements into analytical problem statements and measurable KPIs.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.

Expected Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Hands-on experience in Business Analytics, Product Analytics, or Strategy roles.
• Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization/reporting tools.
• Experience in dashboard creation and KPI reporting.
• Strong understanding of customer funnels, conversion metrics, and business performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Basic understanding of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
