Business Analyst

About Position: The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Business Analyst strong SQL/database skills to support and data-driven reporting and consulting solutions

• Experience: 8 to 11 yrs
• Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do:
• Gather and document business requirements for travel analytics and reporting.
• Work with travel data sources (air/hotel/rail files).
• Write SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze travel data.
• Perform data quality checks and support ETL/data mapping activities.
• Collaborate with consultants, product teams, and data engineers.
• Prepare user stories, process flows, and UAT test cases. Support dashboards, client reporting, and variance analysis

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 8 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong SQL and database understanding.
• Basic knowledge of travel industry data (PNR, ticketing, hotel, etc.).
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence and business documentation.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with data quality or ETL processes.
