Job Title Business Analyst – Finance/Capital Markets Experience 1 Year Location Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) Employment Type Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a Business Analyst with 1 year of experience in the Finance/Capital Markets domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze financial business processes, and support the delivery of technology solutions for capital markets applications. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and use cases.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for business users.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies where applicable. Required Skills
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of business analysis techniques and documentation.
• Basic SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and Visio.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Domain Knowledge
• Financial Markets and Capital Markets fundamentals.
• Equity, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Derivatives (basic understanding).

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field.
