About this role
Role: Lead Business Analyst Location :
Kochi / Trivandrum Experience:
8-12 years We are helping our cleint hire a Lead BA who can bridge
technical expertise with commercial acumen . This role is pivotal in connecting tech teams with clients, driving pre‑sales success, and shaping impactful solutions. Candidates from SaaS or Product companies will be preferred.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with Sales/BD to qualify leads and shape proposals
- Lead RFP/RFI responses and deliver client demos
- Conduct discovery workshops, translate business needs into specs
- Prepare SOWs, BRDs, FRDs, and solution documentation
- Act as a trusted advisor during pre‑sales, spotting upsell opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years as BA in IT/software (pre‑sales experience a must)
- Strong grasp of SDLC, Agile, Cloud, APIs, databases
- Excellent communication & documentation skills
- Hands‑on with wireframing/project tools (Figma, Jira, etc.)
- Domain exposure in Retail, Real Estate, E‑commerce is a plus
- SaaS or Product company experience (Mandatory)
- CBAP/CSM certifications preferred
