Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in New Delhi. Reports directly to the Managing Director. Provides analytical and advisory support across all corporate strategy, financial analysis and project-related functions.
Key Resposibilities
- Support the Managing Director in identification, assessment and evaluation of land opportunities including preliminary feasibility analysis
- Support in developing financial analysis models independently
- Support preparation of project briefs, presentations, concept notes, meeting agendas and summary reports for management discussions and external engagements
- Assist in engagement with consultants, lenders and investors by coordinating data requirements, information memorandums, financial inputs and review meetings
- Track progress of multiple ongoing projects, transactions and discussions and ensure timely follow-up on action items with internal and external teams
- Coordinate with architects, planners and design consultants for concept development, layouts, design revisions and compilation of technical inputs
- Facilitate internal coordination across business development, legal, finance, projects and liaison teams to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables
- Assist in development partnerships, operator tie-ups and strategic collaborations through coordination of discussions, proposals, commercial inputs and documentation
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives undertaken by the MD from time to time in line with business growth objectives
