Role Description: We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on exposure to the banking and payments ecosystem. Responsibilities * Gather and document business and functional requirements. * Work closely with banks, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), cooperative banks, payment gateways, and other banking partners. * Coordinate API integrations and onboarding with banking and payment partners. * Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications. * Analyze payment flows including UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, AEPS, BBPS, cards, QR, and merchant payments. * Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Compliance, and Operations teams. * Support UAT, certification, production rollout, and issue resolution. * Ensure solutions align with RBI and NPCI guidelines. Preferred Skills * Knowledge of banking APIs and digital payment systems. * Familiarity with PSPs, cooperative banks, and payment ecosystems. * Understanding of payment lifecycle, settlement, and reconciliation. * Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Postman, SQL, and Agile methodologies. * Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
