WE ARE HIRING – BUSINESS ANALYST Location: Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu, India Job Type: Full-Time | Regular Work Mode: Work From Office Experience: 3+ Years Industry: Banking & Financial Services Immediate Joiners Preferred We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with3+ years of experience to work closely with Project Managers as a key functional and technical point of contact across projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain and strong expertise in requirement analysis, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, performing gap analysis, and ensuring successful delivery by collaborating with clients, developers, and testing teams. Key Responsibilities: • Work closely with Project Managers to identify project requirements and support project planning activities • Act as a technical and functional point of contact for project teams and stakeholders • Conduct requirement gathering, analysis, gap analysis, and documentation for assigned projects • Prepare detailed functional and technical specifications • Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented • Assist in creating test plans and test cases to ensure solution quality • Support and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate business requirements • Track and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and propose mitigation plans • Analyze data and prepare reports and insights to support business and project decision-making • Ensure deliverables align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in BE / B. Tech in Computer Science,cInformation Systems, or a related field (or equivalent qualification) • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst • Business Analyst certification is an added advantage • Experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry a strong plus • Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Proficiency in business analysis tools and documentation techniques To Apply: Call / WhatsApp: +91 63621 87562
