me CTC: 9-12 LPA Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, work closely with stakeholders, and support the successful delivery of projects that improve business processes and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, and Operations.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and process flows.
• Support testing activities by preparing test cases and validating delivered solutions.
• Track project progress and ensure timely resolution of business-related issues.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decisions. Required Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis is an advantage.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, and business documentation is preferred. Preferred Skills
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar project management/documentation tools.
• Basic understanding of databases and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
