Position: Business Analyst (BA)

Location: Baner, Pune

Experience: 2–5 Years Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct discussions and meetings to understand business needs.
• Prepare and maintain requirement documents, user stories, and process flows.
• Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Support testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Track requirements and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery. Required Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools. Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Relevant experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
