About the role We run multiple Quick Commerce first brands across the festive, gifting and topical space, and we work with all the top platforms. We've grown substantially in the last 2 years and we are looking at creating a strong leadership team to increase the size of our ecosystem. This is equal parts analyst and operator. You'll dig into platform data to identify category gaps and growth opportunities — and then you'll own the execution: finding the right vendors, sourcing the right products, and making sure they land on the right shelves at the right price.

What you'll do

• Analyse sales data, category trends, and platform insights to identify growth opportunities across our brands and SKUs
• Spot white spaces across categories we're not in, products we should be carrying, occasions we're missing
• Activate new categories and SKUs based on what the data tells you, from ideation to launch
• Own vendor sourcing end to end, from local markets, pan-India suppliers, and international sources including China
• Build and manage vendor relationships with a focus on quality, pricing, and reliability
• Report directly to the Co-founders

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in a role that spans data analysis and sourcing, procurement, category management, or supply chain
• Comfortable reading a dashboard and cold-calling a manufacturer in the same afternoon
• Sharp on research, confident in negotiation, obsessive about follow-through
• Experience working with or sourcing from Chinese vendors is a strong plus
• Someone who brings ideas before anyone asks. Not someone who waits for a brief

Who you'll work with You’ll be reporting directly to the cofounders. Our team is almost entirely in their 20s and 30s — fast-moving, transparent, and genuinely excited about what we're building. No politics, no bureaucracy. Just clear priorities and honest conversations.
