Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Documents) and FRD (Functional Requirement Documents) with clear scope and functionality.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support testing by validating test cases and reviewing results.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Act as a liaison between clients, developers, and internal teams.

Required Skills

• 1 year to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of BRD, FRD, user stories, process flow diagrams, and wireframes.
• Understanding of business analysis techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certification in Business Analysis (ECBA, CCBA, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Exposure to client-facing roles is a plus.
