Overview We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with 8–10 years of experience to join our delivery team. The role requires strong expertise in Agile delivery and Jira as a primary tool for backlog management and tracking. Knowledge of Planisware is good to have. The successful candidate will partner with product owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders to define requirements, drive solution design, and ensure high‑quality delivery

• s Elicit and document requirements through workshops, interviews, and process analysi
• s.Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog in Jira; support sprint planning and refinemen
• t.Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with architects and developers on solution desig
• n.Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos) and coach teams on BA best practice
• s.Perform process mapping and gap analysis to recommend improvements and optimize workflow
• s.Support testing and UAT by preparing test scenarios, coordinating testers, and validating defect
• s.Drive stakeholder communication and status reporting; manage expectations and change request
• s.Contribute to project portfolio activities where applicable; familiarity with Planisware is advantageou
