We are looking for experienced Marketing Analysts who can transform data into actionable business insights and support high-impact marketing strategies. Role Summary The Business Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing initiatives, improve audience engagement, and contribute to revenue growth across the organization’s media platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, circulation, readership, and campaign performance data to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for senior management.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Editorial, Digital, Radio, Events, and Brand teams to deliver data-backed marketing solutions.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and customer preferences.
• Perform audience segmentation and identify target customer groups for marketing campaigns.
• Forecast market demand, revenue trends, and campaign outcomes using analytical models.
• Generate actionable insights to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership through clear reports and presentations.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• MBA in Marketing or Business Analytics will be an added advantage. Experience
• 10–12 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, Market Research, or Strategic Marketing.
• Experience in the Media, Publishing, FMCG, Telecom, Retail, or Advertising industry will be preferred.
• Proven track record of supporting business growth through data-driven marketing strategies. Required Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and campaign analytics.
• Experience with market research methodologies and consumer insights.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful business insights.
