Job Description We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Argus Safety and Pharmacovigilance. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements, manage documentation, coordinate testing activities, and ensure successful solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, report specifications, user guides, and change documentation.
• Collaborate with business users and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and execute test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Track requirements and project activities using JIRA or equivalent tools.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Ensure timely communication, issue resolution, and successful project execution.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the engagement.

Qualification & Certification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP/CCBA) or Agile methodologies is an added advantage.
