Business Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, preparing reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights
• Collect, organize, and interpret business data to support decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
• Monitor key business metrics and performance indicators
• Document business processes, workflows, and requirements
• Support project planning and implementation activities
• Identify trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities
• Maintain accuracy and consistency of business data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
• 0–4 years of experience in business analysis or related roles; freshers are welcome to apply
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis techniques
• Ability to create reports and presentations
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
• Understanding of business intelligence concepts
• Experience working with data-driven projects and process improvement initiatives
