Business Analyst

Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the team at VisionsDream Cloud. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our business stakeholders and the technical delivery teams. You will be responsible for extracting clear requirements, mapping out workflows, and ensuring that the cloud and CRM solutions we build deliver tangible business value. This is a collaborative role perfect for someone who excels at communication, documentation, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business needs and system requirements.
• Documentation & User Stories: Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Process Mapping: Create intuitive visual representations of current-state and future-state business workflows using diagramming software (such as SketchWow, Lucidchart, or Visio).
• Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and manage the product backlog alongside project managers and technical leads.
• Quality Assurance & UAT: Assist in developing test plans and collaborate with the QA team. Guide stakeholders through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the delivered solution aligns with the initial requirements.
• End-User Support: Assist in creating training materials, release notes, and documentation to support user adoption and smooth transitions post-deployment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to CRM platforms, cloud architecture, or SaaS implementations.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and propose logical, scalable solutions.
• Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum software development lifecycles.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of holding technical discussions with developers and strategic discussions with business leaders.
• Data Proficiency: Basic understanding of data modeling and the ability to perform basic data analysis using Excel or similar tools.
