Business Analyst with

6 months to 2 years of experience . The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare

Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and

Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) .

• Convert business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood.
• Support testing activities by validating test cases and reviewing test results.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, developers, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of project requirements while maintaining quality standards. Required Skills
• 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience in preparing

BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flow diagrams, and wireframes .

• Strong understanding of

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and

Agile methodologies .

• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in

MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint .

• Experience with

JIRA and

Confluence is preferred. Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Business Analysis certifications such as

ECBA or

CCBA will be an added advantage.
