Job Description Job Title: Analyst

Work Location: Bangalore

Shift timings: 8.00am to 5.00pm OR 12.00pm to 9.00pm IST

Work mode: Hybrid - 3 Days office

Job Description: Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

Experience - 9 to 12years

• Collaborate with regional business units to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze existing processes and identify gaps for eLIMS-NG deployment.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and global NG program teams.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations for stakeholders across Asia.
• Documentation & Process Mapping:
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specifications, and Use Cases.
• Develop process flow diagrams and ensure alignment with eLIMS-NG standards.
• Testing & Validation:
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating results.
• Ensure defects are tracked and resolved before go-live.
• Change Management & Training:
• Assist in preparing training materials and conducting sessions for end-users.
• Support change management activities to drive adoption.

Deployment Support:

• Coordinate with technical teams for deployment activities.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• BE Computer Science or any other bachelor’s degree with the right experience
