Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and its alignment with technological solutions. The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or business solutions. Gathering, researching, and synthesizing relevant information to support decision-making and strategic planning are key activities throughout the day, ensuring that the organization s objectives are met effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Document and communicate business processes and workflows clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Finastra Fusion Global PAYplus (GPP).
- Good To Have Skills: Payments Fundamentals.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation techniques. Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Finastra Fusion Global PAYplus (GPP).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
