Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and implement business strategies to improve efficiency. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis. - Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Openlink Endur Functional. - Strong understanding of business processes and systems. - Experience in assessing business models and technology integration. - Knowledge of process design and optimization. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
