Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Sales & Deal Support
- Support end-to-end
RFP/RFI/RFQ responses , including requirement analysis, response drafting, and solution documentation
- Assist in preparing
proposals, presentations, and executive storyboards for client engagements
- Contribute to
win themes, differentiators, and value propositions 2. Business & Requirements Analysis
- Analyse client requirements and translate them into
structured problem statements and solution components
- Support creation of
business use cases, workflows, and solution blueprints
- Collaborate with SMEs and architects to align business needs with technical solutions
3. Market & Industry Research
- Conduct
industry, competitor, and technology research to support deal strategy
- Identify relevant trends in
AI/GenAI, Cloud, Data, and Digital transformation
- Build insights that strengthen proposal positioning and innovation narratives
Technical / Functional
- Strong understanding of
business analysis fundamentals (requirements, use cases, process mapping)
- Exposure to
AI/ML, Data Analytics, or Digital platforms (preferred)
- Worked on projects/ use cases utilizing AI/ML models, predictive modelling, NLP techniques etc.
- Basic understanding of
software development lifecycle / Agile methodology
- Proficiency in
PowerPoint, Excel, and documentation tools
