Business Analyst

Role Overview • Gather, analyse and document business requirements, enabling the team to deliver solutions that align with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities • Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document business requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories). • Create process flow diagrams, wireframes and use-case models. • Act as a liaison between business teams and technical developers throughout the project lifecycle. • Facilitate workshops, JAD sessions and sprint reviews. • Perform gap analysis and impact assessments for change requests. • Support UAT planning, test-case review and defect triage. • Produce clear and concise project documentation and reports for senior management.

Required Skills • Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills. • Proficiency with tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio / Lucidchart, MS Office Suite. • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple requirements across concurrent workstreams.

Good to Have • Domain knowledge in IT services, cloud, or ERP implementations. • CBAP / CCBA certification. • Experience with SQL for data analysis. Experience: 5+ Years
