Position: Business Analyst – General Insurance Domain Experience: 2–4 Years Location: Coimbatore Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the

General Insurance Domain.

• Minimum 3 years of exposure to Insurance Applications and business processes.
• Experience in handling

L1 Application Support activities.

• Strong understanding of

General Insurance business operations.

• Good knowledge of

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

• Experience in

Client Coordination and

Project Coordination.

• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in preparing reports, process flows, and business documents. Preferred Skills
• Exposure to Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, or Customer Service modules.
• Experience with defect tracking and project management tools such as Jira.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies will be an added advantage.
