Business Analyst

Role Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3 - 5 years of experience to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, stakeholder management, project coordination, and end-to-end SDLC involvement. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into functional requirements, coordinating with development teams, supporting UAT activities, and ensuring successful project delivery for enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct requirement elicitation workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Perform AS-IS and TO-BE process analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, QA Teams, and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understand and document API requirements, integration workflows, request/response structures, and system interactions.
• Support solution design discussions and ensure requirements are clearly understood by technical teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare test scenarios, support defect resolution, and obtain business sign-off.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.
• Assist in change management activities and impact analysis for requirement changes.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with enterprise clients and internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and adoption. Required Skills & Competencies
• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of API concepts, integrations, and system interaction workflows.
• Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Documentation.
• Hands-on experience with UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and business sign-off.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with both business and technical teams.
• Experience working on enterprise applications, web applications, or digital transformation projects.
• Exposure to project delivery and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Draw.io, Visio, or similar documentation and project management tools. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with enterprise clients across BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Agnostic, Manufacturing, or Technology domains.
• Understanding of SaaS platforms, CRM, ERP, workflow management systems, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to system integrations and API-driven architectures.
• Good to have Certification in Agile, Scrum, CBAP, CCBA, or related BA certifications is a plus.
