Location: Chennai / Pune We are looking for a highly skilled

Business Analyst / Architect with strong exposure to the

Australian core banking ecosystem . This is a

hands-on techno-functional role , ideal for someone who can bridge business requirements with technical implementation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
• Drive end-to-end solutioning across

core banking products and payment ecosystems

• Design and document

system flows, integrations, and architecture frameworks

• Collaborate with development and integration teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Act as a

subject matter expert (SME) for Australian banking products and processes

• Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards within the Australian market
• Support integration with

payment systems, channels, and third-party platforms Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience as a

Business Analyst / Solution Architect in the banking domain

• Good understanding of the

Australian core banking market, products, and workflows

• Hands-on experience in

payment systems and ecosystem integrations

• Ability to work in a

techno-functional capacity (functional knowledge + technical understanding)

• Experience in defining

system architecture, APIs, and integration patterns

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with modern

digital banking platforms

• Knowledge of

payments (NPP, SWIFT, RTGS, ISO 20022, etc.)

• Exposure to agile delivery models
