Business Analyst

- Strong experience working with geographically distributed stakeholders and teams across global locations
- Hands-on experience with trade surveillance processes and systems (e.g. SMARTS, MAST) and solid understanding of market abuse scenarios
- Capital Markets domain knowledge across asset classes (FX, Rates, Commodities, Credit, Equities)
- Deep expertise in at least one asset class, with exposure to trade valuation and risk concepts
- Very good understanding of the full Trade / Order / Quote lifecycle
- Proven experience in documenting data flows, rule-based solutions, data linkage/mapping, and data migration
- Experience working in Agile environments and using large language models (LLMs) to support documentation activities
