Qualification - B. Tech ECE/IT/CS, MCA, BCA

Job Description:

• Hands-on experience of developing Business Requirement document (BRD) in coordination with Business user / Solution Head using various techniques e.g. Mind Map, process observations, elicitation, output analysis etc.
• Hands-on experience in writing test scenarios / test cases and verify delivered software by IT vendor / development team in accordance with the shared BRD
• In depth understanding of the SDLC (Software development life cycle), waterfall / agile methodology
• Should have worked for NBFC and Housing Finance Company and delivered at least 10-man months project individually
• Should have exposure of handling business users, vendors and other stakeholders involved in the project for their deliverable
• Should have exposure of project plan development, tracking and understanding of task prioritization & escalation handling
• Responsible for Third party integration with the Business IT applications
• Responsible for vendor management, Patch Management and Compliance as required by Audit Teams.
• Team Player with Presentation, Communication and written Skills.
• Data Flow Diagram, Power Point Presentation, Excel
• ANSII SQL / SQL Queries
• Data Analytics
• API tool and API type
• IT process & policies, SDLC
• GEN-AI working experience
• PMP, CSM certification will be plus
