Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role**

Experience: 4+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly.

Must have hands-on Agile, Certification would be added advantage

Must have experience on Client/Customer/Management Interaction

Must hands-on experience on Requirement Gathering and Documentation:

Collaboration and Communication: Working effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical staff to ensure successful project delivery.

Solution Design and Prototyping: Developing and proposing solutions that address business needs, including process improvements, system enhancements, or new system implementations.
