Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can understand customer requirements, map business processes, and convert business needs into clear software specifications. You will work with customers, product teams, developers, and testers to deliver practical ERP and AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discussions and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Study existing workflows, identify gaps, and propose process improvements.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create process flowcharts, wireframes, and screen specifications.
• Analyze ERP processes across sales, purchase, inventory, production, finance, HR, and payroll.
• Identify opportunities for AI agents and automation, including required data, actions, and human approvals.
• Document third-party integration requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
• Support functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), product demonstrations, and user documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong business analysis, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Understanding of ERP systems and end-to-end business workflows.
• Experience preparing user stories, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills..
• Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and software integrations.

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing ERP, particularly production planning, BOM, material planning, quality, subcontracting, and job work.
• SaaS products, CRM, HRMS, payroll, or finance applications.
• AI agents, workflow automation, and AI-enabled business applications.
• Working with development and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
