Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst in the Transformation Delivery Hub, youll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects and change initiatives by understanding business needs, analysing processes, managing requirements, and helping shape solutions that deliver meaningful business outcomes.

This role is responsible for independently delivering business analysis activities across small to medium-sized initiatives and workstreams. Youll work closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts and delivery teams to investigate business challenges, define requirements, evaluate solution options and support implementation activities. You will contribute to improved business processes, better customer outcomes and successful change delivery while building strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation.

Work Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm

Note 1: The standard work schedule for this role is 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. However, candidates are expected to remain flexible and may be required to work earlier shifts depending on project commitments and stakeholder engagements.
