Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and use cases.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with product, development, QA, and project management teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, requirement workshops, and clarification sessions.
• Support requirement prioritization, UAT, and validation of deliverables against business expectations.
• Prepare process flows, wireframes, and functional documentation as required.
• Track changes in requirements and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Support client presentations, demonstrations, and project documentation.
• Understand sports-related workflows, digital platforms, and government or institutional project requirements.
