Business Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst / Business Analyst to work closely with business teams and leadership to support better decisions, optimisation, and operational efficiency through data. This role goes beyond routine reporting. You will contribute to analysing business problems, building data solutions, and supporting teams with insights that help improve outcomes over time.

What Youll Work On

• Work with business stakeholders to understand problems and data requirements
• Translate business questions into clear data logic, queries, and metrics
• Build and maintain:

SQL queries

Google Sheets models

Dashboards using Metabase / Tableau / Power BI

Create daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to support business decision-making

• Help identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities within business processes
• Participate in discussions and reviews, sharing insights and observations from data
• Improve existing reports, queries, and workflows for better clarity, accuracy, and performance
• Support teams by ensuring insights are well-communicated and actionable

Must Have

• Strong fundamentals in SQL
• Good working knowledge of Google Sheets (formulas, logic, data handling)
• Experience with at least one data visualisation tool: Metabase / Tableau / Power BI
• Good analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Comfort with numbers, logic, and basic mathematics
