Job Description

Our client is launching a strategic initiative to improve the accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance of its Supplemental Health products and policy documentation. The team is developing a solution that will validate information across underwriting systems, customer data, contracts, and certificates to identify discrepancies, reduce compliance risk, and streamline review processes.

Business Analysts will partner with business, compliance, and technology stakeholders to document requirements, define business rules, map workflows, and support solution delivery. This role is critical to ensuring the platform accurately reflects business processes and helps client improve document quality, operational efficiency, and compliance across its Supplemental Health portfolio.

Responsibilities

Gather, document, and maintain business requirements.

Create process flows, functional specifications, and user stories.

Support backlog refinement and sprint planning activities.

Partner with developers and QA teams to answer functional questions.

Track project deliverables and maintain requirement traceability.

Assist with testing preparation and validation activities.

Identify business process gaps and recommend improvements.

Prepare stakeholder presentations and documentation.
