Within the Global Supply Chain Analytics and Digital Solutions organization, you will play a key role in driving the strategy, development, and delivery of analytics and AI-powered products supporting Direct Procurement categories, including Chemicals. This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and technology, partnering with procurement, supply chain, finance, and digital teams to translate business needs into scalable analytics and AI solutions.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, defining product requirements, managing delivery, and driving adoption of analytics and AI capabilities that improve decision-making, operational efficiency, sourcing effectiveness, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between procurement stakeholders and digital product teams, translating business needs into analytics and AI product requirements.
• Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and shape analytics, automation, and AI use cases that deliver measurable value.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics and AI products, from ideation and requirements gathering through deployment and adoption.
• Develop user stories, business requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria for digital solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, data engineers, and data scientists to deliver scalable analytics and AI capabilities.
• Drive product adoption through stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and user support.
• Own data quality and business validation activities to ensure reliable insights and trusted decision-making.
• Monitor product performance, user feedback, and business outcomes to continuously enhance capabilities and user experience.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, predictive analytics, and Generative AI applications across procurement processes.
• Support product roadmaps, delivery planning, prioritization, and value realization tracking.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, Computer Science, or a Data related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, digital product management or a similar role.
• Strong experience in data analysis, maintenance, and stakeholder-facing insights.
• Excellent communication skills with global, cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical and structuring skills.
• Self-driven and effective in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and improving analytics or business processes.
• Hands-on expertise in Power BI, Snowflake (data modeling, reporting, dashboards) or similar analytics platforms.
• Exposure to generative AI, project management tools and delivery tracking (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Experience working across global teams and time zones.
• Background in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain analytics.
• Industrial or petrochemical sector experience a plus.
