About this role
Job Summary
Understand business requirements, analyze processes, identify gaps, and prepare functional specifications for ERP implementation projects.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements
- Map existing processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Prepare BRD, FRD, and functional documentation
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams
- Support ERP implementation, testing, and user acceptance activities
- Monitor project requirements, deliverables, and implementation progress
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or ERP Functional Consulting
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or NetSuite
- Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing workflows
- Good knowledge of business process mapping and requirement analysis
- Experience preparing BRD, FRD, and functional specifications
- Familiarity with project monitoring and documentation tools
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
